3.) Why does the player interrupt the replay of the video?

Make sure that there are no conflicts between screensaver and full screen mode. The problem can also be solved through deactivating the feature “Enable full-screen mode switch”.
Please follow these steps:
- Open your Windows Media Player und click on “Options” in the menu item “Extras”. Then choose the tab “Performance”.
- Click the button “Advanced”.
- Deactivate the checkbox“Enable full-screen mode switch”.
Please note that the control elements for full screen mode are blind out in Windows XP, if the cursor is not moved or if it is not moved over the control elements. If you want to blind out the control elements still faster, you can deactivate the checkbox “Display full-screen controls ”.

4.) Why is my video only shown if I maximize the window, place another window in front of it or something similar?

If you recognise that
- there is no more video visible,
- the video becomes pink and green for approximately 20 seconds before the replay is stopped or
- there are no files shown in the play list
deactivate the overlays.
To do so, please follow these steps:
- Click on “Options” in the menu item “Extras”. Then choose the tab “Performance”.
- Click on “Advanced”.
- Deactivate the checkbox “Use overlays”.
Should this not be a solution for your problem, please deactivate the Videomixrenderer (VMR). You can do this by deactivating the checkbox “Use video mixing renderer ”. You find that checkbox above the checkbox “Use overlays ”.

5.) My player only shows green rectangles – I can’t watch the movie.

Your player doesn’t support DRM (Digital Rights Management). Watch the video with the Windows Media Player (version 9 or higher). You can download the actual Windows Media Player from the Microsoft website: Windows Media Player Download |
